Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification, and wait patiently for a response.
@Quendi A thief filed a complaint about my phone because he also stole my phone and asked me to provide him with correct information about the account from which he filed the complaint. He added his Gmail account to the complaint center from my phone. Because I cannot file a complaint because he has already filed a complaint and after 3 months or more I can file a complaint
Now I have recovered my lost phone, but I have not recovered my PUBG account. I have bills to pay in PUBG.
