account hacked in 2023
is it possible to recover my account if was hacked a year ago ? i fail the claim in game because i can t answer questions with information within 6 months,i still have the device i last played on i have concrete proof of ownership. Im a former player in PMPL WEU 2022 Spring, thank you !

we are in the same boat, the answer is no since pubgm support dismiss my appeals. give up
notice no pubg mods or support commented on this thread. basically its over for both of our accounts. they are theirs now(the hackers)

have you made an email? if so how was it? cause i just did email them and basically still denied my claim. it is so over. im done. PUBGM support cannot help even given all the information. i will kill myself

a simple look at the account logs would do the job, pics and videos would definitely get it back to where it belongs 😄

they will insist for you to use the account recovery claim in the pubg mobile app. So just pray that the hacker gets cancer or worse cause i dont think youll be getting your account back
you were right, they don't review any evidence, just got the email from them rejected one more time
yeah just make a new account if you still like to play. Pubg support sucks and worthless even with all the evidence you have if it isnt a few months ago then they dont even try looking at it
