My account was unfairly banned
Hello my name is Taylor and I'm from Brazil I haven't played pubg mobile for a long time I bought a new cell phone to play pubg again and I come across this I went to look at my email and there were many devices that are not mine, I believe that my account at this time was stolen and used some kind of illegal program, I've always played from the outside legal and I know all my devices logged in and used by me, that's them; Samsung Galaxy J4+, Samsung Galaxy A30, Motorola One Vision, Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus and my new cell phone S21 any other cell phone other than these are not mine because I play only on the server in South America / Brazil so how do I stay in this situation because my account was logged in including phone, email, facebook as my data was leaked by you like this, and they still reject my request just like that I wanted to unban my account like I do now?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....

I've been playing for 6 years without using even a program they can even look where the account was created in Brazil I play the fifth season I don't play for 3 to 4 years and get banned unfairly, it's sad
European???? I'm Brazilian because my account is as a custome: european server
I play and live in Brazil this doesn't make sense
