Mic not working
When I use WiFi, the mic and speaker don't work but then if I put on mobile data they do work. How do I fix it?

If you are still facing the same issue, please perform a routine repair of the game from the login page, clear game cache and reset app preferences for your device through device Settings > Apps > Manage apps > tap on three dots at the top-right and tap on Reset app preferences > tap on Reset apps. Please also check if you have the developer options enabled and try to disable the developer options. Restart your device and try to play again.
If the issue still persists after following the above troubleshooting steps, please submit a report of this issue through https://pubgmobile.live/support with your numeric user identification, a proper summary and description, and a video recording that can illustrate the issue you have encountered....

Can someone help??? It's already been 3 days... I don't have permission to post this in bugs, so I did here
Hello, @X_D! What is the device you are using and are you using the device microphone?
The device is Poco X3 and I use headphones with it, the mic and speaker start working if I change from WiFi to mobile data even though when the game already started.
I tried changing the WiFi too but the mic and speaker weren't still working with WiFi

Can u check your permissions for the app?
When the update happened I had a similar problem
And my permissions got reset
This is what came up after clicking 3 dots in manage apps, I also tried Searching "reset apps" but it came as no results. I didn't find it. I also tried re-downloading the game but it didn't work but yea I will submit a report now thank you for your time.

It's okay, thank you. I just fix it by using mobile data and when it fix I change to WiFi again but I have to do that in lobby and every match
