Urgent Help Required – Account Security Breach
Dear PUBG Mobile Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to urgently seek assistance regarding a security issue with my PUBG Mobile account. A few days ago, I accidentally entered a fake Facebook link, which resulted in my Facebook and PUBG Mobile accounts being hacked simultaneously.
After several difficult attempts, I managed to change the email associated with both my Facebook and PUBG Mobile accounts. However, my Facebook account remains unchanged, and I am deeply concerned that the hacker may still have access to it. Just yesterday, they were able to access my PUBG account again despite my efforts.
It has now been three days since I submitted a help request through the PUBG Mobile app’s Security Center, but my request is still marked as "processing." Unfortunately, I cannot afford to wait any longer as my account's security continues to be compromised.

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
