Now I'm confused. Does the crash happen when you open a map or when loading a world?

I thought you meant the in-game item
I don't see any mod mentioned in the logs or crash report, so can you try joining the world with no mods installed to see if it still happens?

is the fact that this map is created for 1.11.2 is the reason of crash?

Hhmm, alright. I'm not sure what mod the problem is though, so you may need to do a /binary search
Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.

deleted betterend betternether and bclib which was mostly likely causing issue ^^^
