excited to wear this fall
I think it would be fun to have a discussion concerning what we're all excited to wear this fall, inspired by the Die, Workwear annual post of the same name.
For me, I picked up a Jack Murphy of Ireland lightweight wool coat on sale in LATE winter last year, and it's really the perfect weight for weather between 32-50 F. Haven't been able to wear it outside yet, but green is my favourite color and I'm stoked to finally have a long coat in a nice green donegal wool.
There's alot of color variation in the flecks, which will make pairing it with anything up top pretty braindead, and I'll probably live in my brown and tan cord pants, so really I'll only have to worry about my footwear.

I am really excited to bust out my Wool Belbottom sailor trousers and my woolen sport coats. Apart from those im really looking forward to wearing a bunch of plaid stuff and to explore how that feels.

i'm also excited to wear my tailoring without overheating since i've been forcing that all summer lol
I will not miss the profuse sweat generated by the reaction of my immaculate tailored drip and the August sun

I'm very happy with the quality of mine for what retail pricing is, it's a great lighter weight tweed
How are the pockets inside? I see some coats these days that skip the pockets for unknown reasons.
It has two interior pockets big enough for my wallet and phone
But yeah, I try not to buy outerwear that lacks interior pockets anymore

I don't go outside that often anymore, except to work but I'm looking forwards to wearing this uniqlo sport coat more often again.
Living in the burbs is kinda boring ngl, all the driving kills me.
and maybe I'll wear this dumb trapper hat again lol.
Looking back, this outfit with cap and square was kinda weird
def a brick for me, the pants weren't even real pants but joggers, but the worst offender here is the sneakers.
The amount of absolute misses I threw together when I first started caring is a startlingly large number, we all experience the growing pains ha ha
Honestly, these like $30 wool slippers I got from Aram sweater market. So damn cozy
