Georgia is my home servers and now its saying texas is my lowest server when its not
ive never had an issue with my ping and it isnt my provider
my ping is fine in other games except valorant
What were you getting before in Georgia, also since when is this happening
Well technically it is your provider, as our servers are unchanged, path from your ISP to us most likely changed, so yes it's your provider :Nerdge: ill check it out
its not my provider
im having normal ping in every other game and my friends r having the same issue
i get 19 in georgia and i always got 32 in texas consistent my ping dosent move
my ping in every other server is the same
except georgia
georgia is way closer to me im far from texas
Other games are hosted in other various locations, not everything is based in single location. Usually so yeah still your provider
then what do i do
but other people are having the same issue tho?
Let me work to check what happened we get metrics from games I can have a look when it changed
Yes other players might have same issues with latency jumps still playable on 38ms thought
idk its weird i have lower ping on servers that arent mine
alr
@off you can try pinging
192.207.0.0
and show me the results please, I can check how is the path towards our POP from you that way
^ traceroute I mean@Kenji-San this?
yep thanks that will do
now what
is it my provider?
Can you do it again and let it finish ? your provider did something with a routing on 18th September, now they appear to be taking longer path and latency jumped, I need to figure out where so I can tell them directly
okay 1 sec
ok cool let me check it out

@off I reached out to Spectrum about it, our path is ok problem sits in Spectrum they route you via Dallas instead of handing over the traffic in Atlanta, just out of curiosity you are from Georgia ? or where are you playing from
^
:FeelsMadMan:
im playing from fl
so do i wait for them to fix it?
alright here we go
huh
Spectrum came back saying there is a large scale fibre break in Monticello, GA area, their redundant links are taking a longer path so you will have to wait until this is fixed. They have no ETA, sounds like a big problem
but it will eventually get resolved right?
oh shi thats not good
once its repaired yes
your ping will be back to normal
okay
ty
its a provider fibre fault in the area
nope
it was me
i came with a sicor
and cut the fibre wire
yeah it will autoresolve, inland fibre breaks usually takes day or two to fix, unless its something stupid like blocked entrance.
and then i ate it
that fibre cable so very yummy
it was so cruncy and yummy
me reading this random nonsense
:val_KekwSob:
go practice Valo instead
FYM NONSENSE?
I ATE THE CABLE
LIKE
ITS FR
im in the mood to yap tho
time to reddit and yap
@off closing this off, peace and be good
