Help with account recovery

Hello, I need help from someone who can actually assist me, not just automated responses. I've sent several messages to PUBG Mobile customer service, but all I've received are automated replies. I need real support.

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts. You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim. Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further....

I have already attempted the in-game account recovery option by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim, but I did not receive a resolution. Additionally, I contacted PUBG Mobile Customer Service directly but only received automated responses that did not resolve my issue. Following your instructions, I have now created a post on the official support subreddit with a description of my problem, my numeric user identification, and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Could you please advise me on the next steps? Specifically, I would like to know how long I should expect to wait for a response on Reddit and what further actions I should take if the issue is not resolved through this post.
