But it was not possible to release an smm update that didn’t say to post here the error and directly warn the user about 1.0? 😅😅
Pretty sure I’m not the first one to think about that but wondering what was the technical problem with that
1. there is a giant red announcement banner within SMM, visible even when this error message is up, that already says that
2. releasing another SMM update would just confuse people into thinking mods are ready (they aren't)
How do I fix my problem now?
You can’t, no mod for 1.0 yet
can I turn down my game?
so before 1.0
1- Well I know the banner but you see 😅😅😅
2- not to confuse, keep smm disabled as now but replace the error with another GIGA “1.0 don’t work yet”
Letting ppl come here to post the error is even more confusing cause they think it is fixable 😬
>downgrade
It's possible to use SteamCMD to go back to previous versions of the game. This only works if you own the game on Steam - there is no alternative for Epic. For Epic, you must back a backup of the game files before the update occurs (so turn off auto update to make this easier!)

Or even replace it with that guide
sorry, this is the path we have chosen to handle it. releasing now would just cause another wave of confused people coming here again, as opposed to the slow trickle of confused people we get now
Plenty of possibility but yeah talking about theoricaly, I don’t know what is behind the work so 😅
Yeah yeah it is a choose then nothing to do with smm, that was the question btw
Solution
ok I'll wait
