You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further....

Hello, @ibrahimC4~Locked IN! Please elaborate further and clarify the issue you're facing with your account.
im gonna tell you the story from the beginning to understand the situation properly,the first social media method that was linked to my account its facebook but in early 2022 i linked my account with a gmail and everything was ok, in the mid year of 2023 i left the game for about a year,now in march 2024 i opened the game with the facebook to check it out i saw that my name is changed and the gmail was removed and anther gmail was added ,i filled out the form with the 15 questions "the form in the game"and it got denied twice,then i left the game desperately 6 months, in 2024/9/17 i opened the game again and i was able to sign in with the facebook and now im trying to use all the info i have to full out the form properly, and i have some questions if you could answer
i want to share the info, should i do it here or privately for my safety
