I require assistance.I can't get back my old ID, which was logged on social media but I don't know its uid number. Whenever I try to log in to my PubG account, it shows a new account with fresh begins.

I had a phone number, an email address, and the correct social media account.Nothing I tried worked at all for me.I attempted to use forgot password, but the otp wasn't sent.
