To begin with, please perform a routine repair of the game from login page, clear game cache and reset app preferences for your device one time through device Settings > Apps > Manage apps > tap on three dots at the top-right > tap on Reset app preferences > tap on Reset apps. Restart your device and try to play again. Please also make sure that your device is under optimal temperature and you have enough internal storage available in the device.
