voice chat not working
my voice chat is tweaking it randomly turns off when i join a match and i cant fix it without restarting val i've gotten constant warnings because of it

Does the issue go away once you do restart the game? Does it happen in any other games? Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps so far?

And its just your voice chat and not all audio ingame?

It seems like other people have found help in syncing their time in Windows settings. Have you tried anything similar?

Next time you encounter the issue try to go to your settings and resync the time. You can find it from
Settings -> Time & Language -> Date & time -> Synchronize your clock
There could be many different reason causing it to go out of sync but I would not worry about those until its confirmed to be the reason.
