stolen account
Hi, my gmail was stolen and now they are logging in through that gmail, and i was inactive for few months so i cant delete that gmail in game, and when i reported it in custom service, they rejected it… can someone from tencent contact me?!?! I would give u more info that it’s rly my account… cuz soon they will be able to link another App there and delete my Twitter so i will lose everything …

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification, and wait patiently for a response.
