I have multiple questions related to this topic
1) will it return to Asian regions like Pakistan
2) is it currently available in any region
3) is changing my region only to play bonus challenge prohibited

Before you can create a post on the aforementioned subreddit, you need to earn karma by commenting on existing posts.
It is unfortunately not possible neither recommended to change your country/region settings to somewhere where you are not physically located....

And actually you can do it by using a vpn but I think it is not appropriate
You need to earn it if you want to create a post on the subreddit to provide your feedback.
It is not recommended. VPN usage can put your account at the risk of getting suspended.
Ok so is there any expectation that it would soon also be available to other regions like Pakistan
