strange account hack
this took place on 8 September, this random enemy from a wow-mode match was able to somehow trace my account email through pubg, to log into my account.
lucky i had done something to prevent him from logging into my main account so he instead got access to an older account with nothing more than a bunch of useless skins.
no, my email was not hacked/hijacked, i received (and it shows) that there was no other device ip which logged into my gmail, theres absolutely zero trace of any suspicious activity on my gmail but when i logged into the older account after seeing the username change by the hacker, i could see that the login method he used to login to the account was "mail" but the gmail connected received no mails and it shows no trace of anything either, he'd be logined in to my main account if he had access to it because the gmail and the google play games account are connected to two separate pubg accounts but the same gmail account (confusing i know but it was a very smart idea, if i didn't separate them, I'd not have any access to my main account)
it shows the hacker attacked from turkey, has a, redmi note 10 device.
I wanted to share this so if anyone here has any tips or suggestions or ideas that they could give, I'd appreciate it

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

I think you should check the both emails.. in settings section in pubg. Make sure they are the same emails linked to the specific accounts…
this might be confusing but ill break it down a lil
i have 2 gmail accounts,
account 1 that has my main pubg account and account that has my old random pubg account
the account 1 has a google play games account which connects my main pubg account to gmail account 1
which means my gmail isnt directly linked to the account from pubg, so i connected account 1 to the old pubg account
account 2, which also has a google play games account, connects to the older pubg account
