Can't publish template

I'm trying to publish a template, pressing the "publish" button shows the following error. Below is the only variable I have defined for this template:

    "PASSWORD": {
        "isOptional": false,

    }
}

alright, tried to create a new template, but same error when trying to publish https://railway.app/template/igq6yW when I deploy the template in a new project, it works fine and create the variable correctly

The only additional thing I did, is adding a public networking HTTP
