Buttons duplicated
all the buttons in my panel are showing up twice in production, but not in development. see attached for an example. i'm on v 3.2.112. does anyone know what the issue is? thanks!

Is this something new in Laravel? Saw this toot this morningš
seems to be only on action buttons on resource pages. it happens for actions defined in getActions and also the standard actions (new, save, cancel, etc.). no filament customizations
shouldn't it be
getHeaderActions(): array ?maybe that changed in v3. this app has been using filament for 2+ years and started as v2. but that doesn't explain why this happened all of a sudden and is only an issue in production. and it happens on all of the standard buttons as well
