What does this violation mean? how is it possible to commit it? why was I blocked for 10 years for no reason?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

I was playing on an emulator. after a couple of hours, I logged in through my phone and got blocked. I didn't even play the match!
The support service doesn't want to help me. they send standard emails. It looks like the auto-block is a mistake

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
my friend, i already did that. i got a reply - appeal rejected. no reasons, no answers. i just played for 6 years, bought UC so that they would treat me like trash.

Just go to their uhh headquarters idk where that is but go there and try telling them ur ban thing , if u do please also get my account unban
