My partner's account was hacked

My partner's account has been hacked I have twitter login of his account and my partner has a Facebook login and not other links are connected.only fb and Twitter. I got an SMS from my partner that my ID is not logging in for 6 days Nor is Facebook logging in So I understood that her Facebook account has been hacked So I immediately went and logged in the ID from Totter and I saw that the ID is logged in Indonesia.Although we are from Pakistan. So far this guy has only removed me from partner and changed flag from Pakistan to Indonesia and nothing else.Now he log in id everyday so i cant unlink facebook so pls tell me how i recover my partner id.i have to unlink facebook.

If you still have access to your PUBG MOBILE account, please try linking a mobile number and enable secondary verification through your Account settings of the game. After enabling secondary verification, log out of your PUBG MOBILE account from all devices one time, the unauthorized user should not be able to access your account after that.
Once you have done that, log out of your PUBG MOBILE account from all devices one time, the unauthorized user should not be able to access your account.
If you are unable to link a mobile number and turn on secondary verification, you may also try submitting an Account Recovery request from the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the top right side of the screen....

I have infinix note 30 and my partner have Samsung's device.Apart from this, any device where the account is logged in is done by the hacker. Which are Apple, Realme and Aomixi devices

Try resetting the pass of Facebook
and there might be an option to logout from all devices
He is already changed password and i cant loging in
And he has also linked his email on Facebook
