, i wanted to ask that if ur account gets suspicious login from other Chinese country and different phone login
, and after that ur account gets banned for 10 years saying “file corrupted” smth , i dont remember the code
can u get it back ? I have gmail and pass till now all login proof is in my old phone where this account got banned and i still have that phone, it was huawei, but the screen is broken
anyways can i get my account back in this case?
My twitter account which is X now i guess , was suspended and mostly i used gmail login.
This thing happened to me, in the morning i received many emails saying suspicious account login from Chinese country if its not u please change the password, my gmail was hacked or stolen by someone, that time i was getting uc from my google gift cards, i got shocked and tried changing my password leaving my game behind but when i came back and tried getting uc , i got banned 10 years saying “corrupted file”
Can i still recover it back???

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to service@pubgmobile.com.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....

on reddit, they do not help anyone if they are banned for 10 years! It's just a waste of time. they do not have such authority. they just give advice if the account is stolen! scroll through the message directory there and you will understand everything
