Graphics driver out of date
My graphics driver is REALLY far out of date, and I don't know how to fix it. Ive tried letting the game run off of my cpu's graphics, it still doesnt work. I mightve chosen the wrong .exe file. And the latest driver for my gpu is installed. Its an AMD R7 200 series, and i believe its a legacy version, so there isnt anything i can do at the moment. Please help, i wanted to download a mod to decrease the graphic requirement if there was a mod for that, but i see the modloader isnt updated to the 1.0 version yet, please can someone help ;-;

You can't play 1.0 but you can try to downgrade to 0.8 which supports mods until updates are ready

If you're trying to launch the game without mods:
1.0 has renamed the game target, preventing SMM from being able to automatically uninstall mods for you.
1. To manually turn off mods, delete the FactoryGame/Mods folder from your game install directory manually. Here's how to find the game install directory: https://docs.ficsit.app/satisfactory-modding/latest/faq.html#Files_GameInstall
- Even after you do this, SMM still won't work, and you will still get the "folder that does not exist" error message! You have to launch the game from Epic/Steam for now. Close SMM and don't use it again until we announce that mods are updated.
- If you have issues launching the game after this, also delete the FactoryGame/Plugins folder, then verify your game files to restore it: https://docs.ficsit.app/satisfactory-modding/latest/faq.html#_how_do_i_verify_my_game_files
- If you're still having issues, post the next error you get!ok... theres alot in the 1.0 that i wanted to try :/

Unfortunately as technology moves forward so should your hardware. There's probably a newer low end card you can find new or second hand cheap.

Uhhhhhh be very careful. Depending on how old the rest of your PC is it might not even support that

There's more specialized chats and sites that can help you make sure everything will work.
My favorite tool is pcpartpicker.com. You can build your current system from the parts listed and drop in different GPUs and it'll tell you if theres red flags
But there's next to nothing we can do to fix SF for you as the problem is coming from Unreal's requirements. So to summarize, new GPU or downgrade to the last version you could play.

If you want the ability to run SMM again to manage your mods, you'll need to replace the proper Steam download of the game with your 8.3.3 copy, and try to keep Steam from replacing it. You should be able to run the game from any folder without steam, as long as it has the -NoSteamClient argument.

Mods can't help. You can try using DX11, but otherwise... sorry
My guide was only for running an older version of Satisfactory. Which might maybe help you (kinda), but won't get 1.0 working
Running 0.8 is what we're trying to do at this point
Then follow my guide, or the one on the wiki. (But mine's simpler)
As long as you understand folders and basic nerdy stuff, you should be able to follow it

have you tried running the game with either the
-dx11 or -vulkan parameter?Don't know, may be someone already answered, but add -dx11 to load parameters. I have AMD R9 380 which a bit newer than yours, but anyway old enough video adapter. And had this crash too. This helped. I still have warning message on game loading but no crash anymore.
