Lagging Issues

So , Recently Iphone XR and Iphone X and Iphone 11 and near these phones are getting too much lag i have seen people complaining they got good ipads but still they are lagging is there any game error in it or its start to lag on phones if yeah then how could more people play this game if you need to have a iphone 13+ device to play this game smoothly or new androids and if no then when will this issue get fix
