No solution from pubgm support on reddit

As previously said by mod @Quendi, I requested pubg m support on reddit to remove copyright strikes from my youtube videos which were given by Tencent in error I guess ,as I did not violate any rules or regulations. But they didn't gave any solution. This is what they responded : "In order to keep this subreddit as organized and structured as possible, which will allow us to process all your PUBG MOBILE support requests in a timely manner, do not create threads for any other purpose. Comments should be related to the thread. You may visit PUBG MOBILE's [community subreddit] to exchange other content." Please help me in recovering my terminated youtube channel,by removing copyright strikes on my youtube videos. Please!!!

Solution:

The online content is removed for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. It will not be restored. We unfortunately cannot help you with this any further.
