Hi! How do I know, if a plugin has a virus?
How can I do a full scan for a plugin? I tried using virustotal on Mythic Mobs. It detected 1 out of 62 Security vendors. for Trojan.Java.GenericGBA. Others was Undecteded. Also tried with Kaspersky, but it was clean 🙂

Sounds like you're getting plugins from sketchy sources, instead of official channels.
Don't do that

if you have issues with the mod or plugin make sure you check the Real or Verified developer on if it’s safe or not

go find their discord. or github. or email etc and contact them from there
Where did you download mythicmobs from?
If you got it from spigot directly there's little chance it's malware
I can personal guarantee you that the official mythicmobs plugin on spigot does not contain malware
most antivirus cant properly detect java stuff due to code being similar (afaik)
+ a fair few plugins are obfuscated
