I am confident that I have not used any hacking tools, cheats, or violated the terms of service in any way. I always strive to follow the game’s rules and guidelines. I believe this ban may have been a mistake, and I kindly request that you review my case.

At least give me a reason for ban. After that im playing in another account in same device and it didn't ban.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
