NO ONE CAN HELP YOU UNBAN OR RESTORE THE ACCOUNT EXCEPT THE OFFICIAL SUPPORT THROUGH IN GAME OR DISCORD OR EMAIL OR SUBREDDIT AND THEY WON'T ASK YOU TO PAY ANY MONEY OR MESSAGE YOU PRIVATELY.
So if anyone contacted you that he knows someone can unban the account, please don't believe him.
