Random line mystery

Hoping it's not mechanical but I'll do another print and check if it happens at the same location.

I swear I feel like my printer is possessed. We have a love-hate relationship. Trying my best to make it only love. Now my Z-offset is randomly off 😫 My parameters were among other minor things. All fixed now 👍

Hold ! what was the answer?? I have this problem too but I have always thought it had to do with cooling while you are printing the big flat.

the reason as to why it says "search before you post" is so you can find examples like this with a solution 😄 please write down what you did

Sorry for late response been busy and wanted to give you a helpful answer. I had a few things were going wrong. But one mainly my extrusion step was off and was using the EM to compensate which was .7. Typically you want it to be somewhere between .9-1.1 range. Anything more or less it causes other issues. Even though your EM calibration will look ok. Also my line width parameters where kinda funky. I also came across a setting called “External Perimeters First” in PS/SS that also helped a lot.

I am still working on calibrating and learning as I go the most efficient way to do this. So feel free to ask
