.jar files not opening
my .jar files arent opening but my .exe files are,and iris doesnt have the option for .exe,can someone help? #iris-help @Sp3ct4al

What is Jarfix and how does it help?
Jarfix is a tool that can be used to fix issues where .jar files don't launch, due to their associations being hijacked, on double-click. You can download it from https://johann.loefflmann.net/downloads/jarfix.exe

Since you insist, you can try fixing file association in the Windows settings. Pretty tedious, so you have been warned.
Open Windows Settings > Apps > Default Apps, scroll down until you see the small selectable option named "Choose default app by file type". Wait until you see the menu element (see image). From here, scroll down until you find
.jar on the left, then on its right, click on it to switch application, choose "OpenJDK Platform Binary" (assuming you have a JDK/JRE installed).
