I bought a lobby for 2 crystals, then got another lobby which is given for 600 accumulated points in the season honor section. Can I get back the display of the old lobby that I bought in Spectral Admiral's gold roulette?

No you can't as after obtaining Deep Sea Mystery theme it will be upgraded and replaced to a permanent version of Seabed Palace Theme.

Is the upgraded lobby only given after purchasing the original lobby?
