Step send message multiple times due to subscriber channel not found
i have create workflow and add channel chat (slack) and email when i trigger this workflow for subscriber who does not have oauth slack in this case subscriber received multiple emails when i check i come to know that chat send message multiple times and channels after chat in workflow did same send multiple message i have shared screen shot. can anyone help in this?

As you are self hosting, it is a bit tough to investigate the root issue.
Do you see this happening all the time?
yes even in case if there is no email exist for subscriber email step also did it retry for 3 time and step after email also send messages 3 time

Have you configured webhook correctly?
yes webhook is working fine issue arise when subscriber does not have slack credential

webhook condition determine wheather filter this step or not. if condition evalute to not filter and subscriber does not have configured credential of slack in that case issue comes

Are you sure that in response realTimeActivity field is returned ?
yes because i use same filter for all channels and it works perfectly
