Waxed Barbour jacket target discount?
What’s a good target price for a NWT Barbour waxed jacket? There’s a sale near me where they have both the Bedale & Beaufort for 50% off, $400 -> $200. Want to know if that is “steal” territory or happens regularly.
Colors available are the classic Sage & Olive, and I believe they have my size in stock. Though I plan to try on in person for sizing given the recommendations I’ve seen in the various guides. Thanks for the help!

It’s s good deal. I got my Bedale from Cox the Saddler for $250 (includes international shipping). That’s typically much cheaper than US retailers even when they have sales, so for $200 I’d just go for it.

For sizing, TTS on Beaufort/Bedales for the intended slightly oversize fit, upsize on Ashbys and other "modern fits" as a rule of thumb
Went to this store today with the supposed sale. Didn’t have in stock what their site claimed, and no sign items actually on sale. So must not be keeping it updated.
I’m a 42 or a 44 in most suit jackets and found the size 42 Beaufort to be a touch too big for my taste. But they didn’t have a 40 on hand in any color, so couldn’t compare sleeves and shoulders to see if that would be better.
Also, looks like Beaufort from Cox the Saddler would 213 pounds right now delivered, or $280 USD at current exchange rates. Would still love to cop a Barbour for ~$200, so looks like I’ll be waiting for a very rare steal.
