Can someone explain to me how Usage and Billing tabs works?
So I was on the trial 5 dollar plan for over a year now and my websites have been live within this 5 dollar limit. Today I see that theres a 0.17 dollar unpaid bill and my websites are paused. I didnt change add or do anything for like past 4-5 months now and all of a sudden this has occurred.
Its not about the money, Im writing this cuz I dont also understand how the billing and usage tabs work and show different values. Below I’ll attach the screenshots if what I dont understand.

But generally, those 3 numbers are summed and become your total bill. For paying users on the hobby plan, they pay that bill each month if it's over 5$, and 5$ otherwise if it's not

im not seeing anything that would indicate you used 14$ in memory, but everything else is correct.
either way, you got invoiced for 17 cents, and you would need to pay that to get back on the Hobby plan.
I’m asking from where did the 17 cents get calculated?

that was your usage minus your included $5 of resource usage
So shouldn’t it be 10$ if you add all of the usage its 15.89$ minus 5$
Comes to 10 right hows it become 17 cents

in the end, an invoice for 17¢ is not out of the ordinary given your last invoice was not too dissimilar
Also when I click pay invoice the 17 cents turns to 60 cents?
