My valorant menus are extremely laggy , my agent select screen doesn’t even show my character when i choose and it takes me about 2-4 rounds to load in . My game runs smoothly on 500 fps once im in the game some 1 please help me fix this

Ive also noticed my memory goes up to %90 from valorant

Hdd i don’t have a ssd my valorant had been fine on my hdd for 3 years idk why it wants to give me an issue now i got banned for 14 days cause of it 🥲
thats probably the issue, valorant doesnt load in hdds anymore most of the time
