getting unstable ping often
when im playing a game, normally i should get around 10 ping. But it often give me unstable ping and increase to like 200 for like 20 seconds, which is really annoying, would appreciate if anyone could help

like every setting in video tab turned to graph?
every network related one yes (exmaple rtt, rtt jitters and packetloss)

but i usually get lag spikes in unrated or comp
