10 years ban without violating one single rule!

I have played PUBGM for 5 years, i have made friends and memories through this wonderful game. I spent my time and money playing this game. Yesterday i got banned 10 years although I didn't violate any rule. All i ask is to review the reason i got banned for. I am sure i haven't committed any violation. I would have accepted the penalty with open arms if i have done something wrong. But sadly, i didn't.
I have communicated with customer service through file claim, but the claim has been declined.

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.

Thank you for your help.
But unfortunately, i used the file claim option and it was declined in less than one day and i contacted the customer service through the email and they answered me that the reason is modifying the game data but i did not modify any thing or violate any rule, i also submitted a support request through official support subreddit but no one answered me,
Please help me, all my efforts for the last five years have been lost in vain
