I can't connect to my newly created mysql project

I just created a MySQL project, but I'm encountering inaccessible variables. I tried connecting externally using DataGrip and via the console, but it says the host is unknown. I tried creating multiple projects, deleted and recreated them, and even upgraded from the trial plan to the hobby plan, but nothing worked.
