started randomly getting packetloss on sg, never had this problem even though im in hongkong only happened after update

what's your isp and can you press win + r and type msinfo32 and show me?
also when did the problem start?
do you know if your friends etc have the same problem?

go to ifconfig . co (remove the spaces) and find the section "ASN (organization)"
