My Banned ID for no reason:5361648860
Dear PUBG Support,
I believe my ID was banned due to a mistake or misunderstanding. During a match, there was an extended fight that might have been misunderstood as teaming up, but I did not engage in any team-up activity. My account is at level 81, and I have even reached Conqueror. This ID means a lot to me, and I respectfully request you to review the situation and unban my account. It seems like a misunderstanding led to the ban.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to service@pubgmobile.com.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....
