Sudden increase in ping/latency (Mumbai server) - ASN18207 YOU Broadband Indian ISP
I used to have 7ms on Mumbai server until Aug 29th, around 11:30PM IST (2 hours before the patch update) latency increased to 40-50ms also the packet loss introduced itself first time in my life.
Next day (30th Aug, 11:30PM IST) We were in competitive match and suddenly everyone's latency increased to 70-100ms some had 100+ also

yes, the latest was that they are investigating with their provider ( upstream provider)
