How about deleting an account that has violated ToS. It keeps sending me emails and I am overwhelmed
I have a railway account that needs to be deleted who has been receiving marketing emails from you for almost a year, at one point I tried to log on, unsubscribe from the emails and delete that account only to have you inform me that I was in breach of your guidelines and that you were unable to provide me with service. (ToS The reason specified is "Trial Plan Abuse")
My request was simply to delete that account and stop being harassed by marketing emails. Seriously, the logic of your product is so bad that it makes it impossible for me to tolerate it any longer.
If I want to delete an account, I need to log in, and once I do, I am prompted that my account is banned and therefore unable to provide me with service. But I don't need your service, I just want to delete the account and be protected from your spam. The email account for that account is [email protected], please stop harassing me with emails and delete him as soon as possible. I can work with you to verify that I am the owner of this email.

I was able to verify that email myself, you have been removed from the mailing list.

I was logged on and tried to delete all my accounts. At the time of logging in, the system determined that I had violated the ToS because of an issue with my cookies.I recognize that I may have violated the ToS at the time of registration, but I no longer need your services. I was logged on to delete all my accounts. After I logged in, I was immediately prompted to violate the ToS. after this, I was unable to do anything.
Solution
I was able to verify that email myself, you have been removed from the mailing list.
