You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification, and wait patiently for a response.

I have similar issue. I was using that customer service function in game but always rejected.
I can't visit reddit because it was banned in my country. Can i just write an email? I have write many paragraphs of my problem in notes and ready to be pasted. I also have many images & video as proof.
