starts perfect then goes to crap about 4th layer

im trying to print a proto type part ive tried abs, asa, and now pla-cf and all of them keep doing the same thing when it gets to this point. starts great nice in smooth then looks like bird shit piled on. ratrig 500 ratos 2.1, rapido hf, ratrig default settings in orca slicer. *update tried another print and it works fine so must be slicer settings doing it
