Hello everyone i discovered this bug which you can see on the video, idk about clouds maybe it is normal. Shader settings full stock

Is it me or is the video only showing the first frame?

this is h264, should work
For the clouds, that's due to it being upscaled in the shaders setting. And as for the sudden image glitching... well, do you change anything in the Nvidia setting?
i don't think that this is nvidia issue, because on 1.20.1 there is no glitching
