I just bought a wall decoration item and want to use it but don't get anywhere in the builder mode as shown in the attached video.

No, as soon as i purchased it, i started builder mode and tried to place it but didn't see it
Can you try to remove all the furniture and record a video? If it still doesn’t show, please report it as a bug.
