i dont get it. version 1.20.1 requires iris 1.74 or newer but there is no such version for that minecraft version

DH doesn't require Iris 1.7.4, but 1.7.5 or later.
Use Iris 1.8 and Sodium 0.6 instead the versions you're currently using
