Trapped in Cloudflate Server
#general-help
Aloha, my family and I have been going through a Cyber Attack for the past 8 months. All of our devices are being managed, and they are trapped in a Cloudflate server. We are powerless to stop it, we have no knowledge of how Cloudflate works. I’ve sent hundreds of support requests but I never hear back from anyone.
Is there someone here that can help us?

translation error perhaps? this entire message makes close to no sense
How do you mean by Translation?
And thank you for responding
I am not well versed in this sort of thing. I only know that all of our devices are constantly getting CloudFlare popups, and none of us use CloudFlare. All of our accounts are being controlled, passwords being changed, people are signed in to our accounts, 2 factor authentication does nothing to help us, we keep changing our passwords and it doesn’t help. It’s so bizarre.
cloudflare pop-ups?
cloudflare does not "control" any accounts
There’s others too, usually it’s says something like. “CloudFlare is trying to connect you” or “your server times out” or “400 not allowed, that’s all we know”
no idea what this has to do with accounts. this error means the server is down, and is an issue of whoever the site belongs to
This has been happening for 8 months. I found this in my CloudFlare account.
what cloudflare account
what issue
is this your domain?
and what exactly is happening?
The 162.241.226.34 is my website, hosted at Bluehost, but the person that has access to my account is the same person doing this to me. Nobody will help. I can’t reach Bluehost, all of my calls are being spoofed.
My business has been stolen. These people built a computer network inside my Google Business Account, and it’s all way over my head.

These IP addresses are someone linked to my Google Business Account. I can’t reach Google Either. I have filled out hundreds of support tickets and they never get back to me.
Somehow*^
unfortunate
these are all account issues, which this server is not intended for

To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email.
Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community.
Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.

?account-recovery
These links may help, but they only work when logged out. You can always use an Incognito Window or a Private Window to ensure you're logged out.
If you know the email: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-password
If you know the email and have 2FA or email delivery issues: https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help
If you don’t know the email: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email
I seriously doubt you have
a) opened actual hundreds of support tickets
b) not received a response in any of them
furthermore, if you have infact secured your account using 2fa or other MFA, but people are still accessing your account, then whatever devices you are signed in to your account on, are probably infected
very unfortunate
Thank you
And yes I have, you’re just like everyone else, doubtful and stuck in your bubble of disbelief
After reading this I will admit I don't understand the actual issue here, possibly because you don't fully understand it yourself so it's hard to communicate, which I get. What I will offer is if you can provide any one support ticket number then i can escalate it to the Support team so someone takes a look.
If you're writing in via support@ then keep in mind that doesn't work anymore, you have to go through https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support or https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help
