Dear pubg team i try to recover my account through account recovery link. My claim was successfully approved but unfortunately my account wasn't transfer on my email that i enter in reserved. So, i couldn't login my account. I have all the information that prove the ownership of account. Please give me a opportunity to re-appeal. I'm very thankful to you for this kindness🙏🏻

Hello, @Federico_Price! After a successful account recovery claim, you'll need to log in with the email you provided to the in-game customer service when submitting the account recovery request. You'll need to log into your PUBG MOBILE account with the same email with a verification. Please double-check the email and try again.
Hello again My account was hacked for the 2nd time on the account mail and phone number of the scammer. You can file an appeal for recovery for me, I will provide all the information about the account.
