level not assigned
Hi the bot isn’t assigning levels, it should have given a role level 10 when the members got to level 10. I’ve checked and the bot is higher than the role so I’m not sure what the issue is.

I’ve set it up again and it has added it to the users who’ve reached level 10. We’ll see if it continues to work after this. 🤞🏼

Hi another member reached level 10 and wasn’t assigned the role.
Hi, is the goal for members to finish level 10 then stop leveling (with it displaying "level 11 (max) or finish level 9 and then stop leveling (with it displaying level "10 (Max)")
also, are you looking at the audit logs or something else to determine the member reached level 10

So should I change the role to reaches level 9 & assigns level 10 Role?
When I reset it the other day it added it to the members who had reached level 10 already though so that’s why I’m confused.

because the bot stops handling stuff if they are about to go to their limit
